At AEGIS our aim is to delight the customer. It is one of our core values, which we strive to live by each day. To measure how well we are achieving this, each December we ask our customers to complete a simple three-question survey so that we can monitor our performance and continually improve the service we provide.
We are delighted that our already high rating has improved for the third year running.
We also received some very good feedback which we will be implementing over the coming months. Thanks to all of those who took the time to respond.
