Phil Bebbington

Phil has joined the AEGIS Senior Management team as Commercial Director. Phil is a versatile and commercially aware Chartered Engineer, business manager and technical consultant. A Systems engineer with 24 years of experience in the railway industry including rolling stock propulsion and train control systems design, EMC and Safety Cases. His expertise is in the management and delivery of Systems Engineering, Safety, Risk and Assurance activities within multi-disciplinary engineering projects. Phil has a BEng (Hons) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering and is bilingual having lived and worked in France for over three years.
